  1. The deck tilts, the ramps go down

    The back of the flatbed lowers to the road, so the car goes up gently instead of being dragged.

  2. Your car goes up onto the deck

    Slowly and in a straight line, at walking pace, all the way up.

  3. The deck levels again

    Now all four wheels are off the road, the way most makers want electric and automatic cars moved.

  4. Strapped down at the wheels

    Ratchet straps over the tyres, not round the bodywork. Then we go wherever you choose.

It depends on where the car is, where it's going and the time of day. I tell you the price on the phone or on WhatsApp before I set off, and that's the price you pay.

How quickly can you get to me?

In most of Bedford it's 15 to 20 minutes. Further out, it depends on the distance: when you call, I tell you honestly when I'll be there.

Do I need breakdown cover or a membership?
